Weinstein recently authored a “Practice Points” article for the American Bar Association, discussing the impact of the National Labor Relations Board’s severance agreement guidance on the protection of employer confidential information and trade secrets. In the article, he provides steps employers can take to mitigate the risk that their separation agreements (and other agreements entered into with employees) will be deemed unlawful under the Act.
