Vedder Price shareholders will be featured as speakers at the upcoming 2021 Fund Directors Virtual Conference, hosted by the Independent Directors Council (IDC) on October 20-21, 2021.
The IDC represents independent directors and trustees who serve on the boards of mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds and other registered investment companies, engaging in activities and advocacy to promote excellence in fund governance for the benefit of shareholders. The organization’s annual fund directors’ conference is a premier event for fund directors, and features timely, informative panel sessions, updates from industry leaders and engaging networking opportunities.
Shareholders Renee M. Hardt, John S. Marten, Jacob C. Tiedt and Kimberly K. Vargo will be presenting a thought leadership panel at the conference entitled “Board Oversight of Innovative Investments and Strategies” at 11:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, October 20.
