Vedder Price Shareholder Danielle Meltzer Cassel has joined the adjunct faculty at the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate to co-teach real estate law. Ms. Cassel has more than 20 years of experience dedicated to transactional real estate, land use law, public incentives and business licensing. She will draw on her extensive background and prior teaching experience to examine the legal concepts pertaining to the acquisition, disposition, use, management, leasing and transfer of real property, with particular attention paid to property rights, contracts, public controls and zoning.
